The total project investment is 1.05 billion yuan, covering 12 subdistricts and involving 205 urban communities and 1,453 residential compounds. It has established a 1+1+3+N system architecture, namely one community digital base, one set of community data dashboards, three core community applications, and N refined scenarios. By enhancing community management capabilities and standards, the project better meets government requirements and has achieved investment returns through long-term operations.
