In response to the aging trend, a comprehensive elderly care and wellness tourism project will be developed, based on elderly care and wellness tourism services and driven by Zhongkang medical and health resources, with age-appropriate housing constructed. This project will integrate functions such as travel, residence, medical care, management, dining, learning, conferences, and entertainment, truly achieving a lifestyle where the elderly have suitable housing, medical care, management, food, learning, and leisure, gradually forming a health and wellness center radiating to the surrounding West Coast area.
