Located at the northern side of Hongdao in Jiaozhou Bay's southern basin, adjacent to the High-Tech Zone and within the Nügukou inlet, this multi-functional project integrates flood control and water supply functions. It was listed among Qingdao's Top 10 Key Projects for 2009-2010.
